AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I GOT SCAMMED, Don't fall for the prices you see on their page, they'll make up a story that you need a full insurance plus deposit!!! And no refund! I guess SIXT in other countries and SIXT in Belgrade are not the same thing!

This was my first time to rent a car in Belgrade and it was a perfect car rental experience. No hidden costs or problems. We even got an upgrade. Supportive staff. Thumbs up!

Extremely rude staff. *edit* I got a response to this so I will write exactly what happened here. My boyfriend and I tried to rent a car, as it turned out, his license was expired so I had to become the main driver. We were hesitant about this and initially decided to cancel the operation. The representative immediately became rude and slapped my credit card back onto the counter and walked away. We took about 5 minutes to talk it over, eventually decided to proceed, and returned to him - less than 5 minutes later. I called to him twice and he acted like I was a ghost. I called out to him 3 or 4 more times and he utterly ignored me. He then proceeded to eat lunch in my face, while still ignoring me. I said one final time, sir can we talk to you, and while continuing to eat his lunch, he said, "no, I am busy". So we walked to a car rental next door and rented a car there, which turned out to be a great experience.

looks like reviews were written by the company. I would recommend renting elsewhere in Belgrade for a few dollars more. Got a car thru them with 110,000 miles on it. Was hoping to travel through Europe but now am worried to travel with my family. I did email them asking for a low mileage car a month earlier! Now I am stuck with a contract. I don't think it would be legal to rent this car in any other part of the world. Subra USA

Staff was very pleasant, professional and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I needed a car for the weekend to travel to Kopaonik, so I rented an Opel Corsa which looked and behaved perfectly.
