I rented Škoda Fabia for 5 days. The Balkan rent staff explained everything about the car very detailed, made all required documents for border crossing and provide full insurance. The car was in a good condition and ran very well. I paid deposit in cash and got it back right after returning the car. I strongly recommend renting vehicles here!

Had two separate rentals with them this summer and both worked out perfectly. Very organized. Cars were in great shape. Good prices. Friendly, English speaking staff. Easy to reserve online. We paid a bit extra to take the cars out of the country and didn’t have any issues at the various border crossings with the paperwork they gave us. Would certainly rent again! P.S. Their office is in the building labeled Bex Express - across the parking lot from the Balkan Auto building.

Radno vreme je do 17, u 16:45 je zatvoreno. Izašao sam sa posla da bih ispoštovao radno vreme, ali sam naišao na zaključana vrata. Nepoštovanje potencijalnih korisnika i njihovog vremena ne može da se nazove dobra usluga.

Rented a car for a vacation. Everything went well, the communication and payment is transparent and understandable. Absolutely no problems with the staff or the car. The car was new and very good (Škoda Karoq). We extended the rent for +1 day over the phone and we were even allowed to return the car outside the working hours on a non working day, which was great. My only small negative was that when we rented the car, the gas tank was almost empty. But they took a note and when I returned the car with empty gas tank, there was no issue from the rental company. So in the end, just a minor inconvenience before the road. I will definitely rent here again.
