autoUnion Car Rental

Professional service, kind and helpful people. The car was in perfect condition and I had no issues. On pick up they helped me load my luggage and even started the car to heat so my baby feels warm while I was signing papers. On drop off, very quick vehicle check. A couple of scratches were found on the hood (which were not there on pick up), but the staff decided not to charge for the damage. I will certainly rent a car from autoUnion every time I come to Serbia. See you again!

I had a great experience with this rental company. The girl at the desk, Nevena, was very professional and friendly — she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Unlike other companies I’ve used before, there were no hidden fees or surprise extra charges. Everything was clear and transparent from the start. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking for reliable and honest car rental. ---

I had a car reserved and paid for starting on 2 November 2025 for a period of five days. Due to a 13-hour delay of my flight from Kraków, I was only able to pick up the car after arriving in Belgrade, on 3 November 2025 at 12:00. Upon arrival, I was informed that the vehicle had already been rented to another customer and that I would not be issued a refund. Since the car was paid for a five-day period, it is obvious that I should have been able to pick it up at any time during the reservation period. I do not recommend using this rental company due to its very unfavorable and outdated terms of service.

Fantastic service from Krsto. Friendly and polite, very professional. Would use this company again. Just be aware that the office is not in the terminal as stated in the email but opposite the terminal next to the control tower/through the car park outside the building.
